Surinaamse Auto Rally Klub (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This privacy policy outlines how the SARK Control Card app collects, uses, and protects any information provided by users.
1. Information We Collect
The SARK Control Card app only collects the control letters that participants manually enter during a navigational rally. No other personal or usage data is collected.
2. How We Use Your Data
The collected control letters are used solely for the purpose of counting and verifying rally results. This data helps streamline the event process and improve efficiency during rallies.
3. Data Storage
On Device: Control letters are temporarily stored on the user’s device during the event.
Cloud: Once the form is finalized, the data is securely uploaded to our cloud system for result processing.
4. No Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties. All collected data remains within the Surinaamse Auto Rally Klub system and is used only for rally-related purposes.
5. No Account Required
Users are not required to sign up or log in to use the app. All usage is anonymous and limited to the control letter input.
6. Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has used the app, any collected data will be deleted as soon as possible.
7. No Ads or Purchases
The SARK Control Card app contains no advertisements and does not offer in-app purchases.
